Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and hygiene regulations, we only accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original, sealed packaging.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Returned within 30 days of delivery
We are unable to accept returns for opened, used, or unsealed fragrance products for health and safety reasons.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at maisondedigor@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maisondedigor@gmail.com, including photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
